Delivery Policy

DELIVERY normally takes four to six days for standard delvery from the day you place your order, however this cannot be guaranteed, therefore please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 Days. In the unlikely event of an item being temporarily unavailable, we can offer you the best alternatives, or a later delivery day. The table below sets out the postage charges for the different areas we deliver to, as well as expected delivery times for each area. Please note we are transparent in charging for postage and a small amount for packaging - this ensures that there are no hidden costs in your purchase.

Refunds and replacement

You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 28 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange with proof of purchase and in the original packaging (* except the items listed below). The purchaser is responsible for associated postal costs on returns and exchanges and we do not refund the original postage costs. We are sorry that we can not offer free returns but it would mean the costs being pushed on to the clothes. The costs are more transparent this way. Any faulty items should be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the orginal packaging. These items will be replaced and sent back to you as soon as possible, you will not be charged further postal charges for the replacement item.

How to Return or Exchange?

There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
Fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Bella Natura at your own expense.
We will email you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing.

* With the exception of faulty merchandise, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot exchange or accept the return of the following items: underwear, socks, tights, nappies, personal grooming products or toiletries.

How long will it take to receive a refund
from returned products?

The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish provided that you exercise your right prior to your order being despatched. Regretably however if your order has already been despatched then you will incur the postal costs associated with that order and will need to see our refunds and exchanges policy. Currency of transaction All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.
